4 ounces of fruit puree or veggie puree
Instructions
Place breast milk and puree in a bowl. Mix well and serve.
2. Mashed Avocado and breast milk
A great option as a first food for your growing baby. This was all three of my babies’ first foods. A very ripe avocado mashed well with breast milk is a yummy snack. Avocados provide healthy fats and are easy to mash with breast milk.
Recipe
¼ ripe avocado
1-2 ounces of breast milk
Instructions
Start with a small amount if you’re feeding your baby this recipe for the first time. This will hopefully avoid waste if it doesn’t go over very well.

Recipe
¼ cup fruit or vegetables
